ONLINE ORDER:

– Online orders are to be placed 1 day in advance/ 2 days in advance for festive season.

– Our staff will drop you an email confirmation (order via website) to confirm your order.

– Should you fail to receive an email or SMS within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to whatsapp us at 81894699.

– All DIY party sets do NOT include any disposable utensils (1 pair of plastic gloves will be provided per set)

DELIVERY:

– For orders below $35, self-collection can be done at our outlets (please refer to our store information for more details)

– For orders above $35, delivery charge will be $16-$22 (delivery areas subject to availability, please contact 81894699 for
available timeslots)

– For delivery to office buildings/condos, customers are required to collect the delivered items from the guardhouse security/ reception due to stringent security controls.

– We do NOT deliver to restricted areas (i.e Naval Base, Camps, Airport, Sentosa , Tuas and Jurong Island)

PAYMENT:

– All prices are GST exclusive

– Mode of Payment for delivery, prior to delivery: Paynow/Paylah UEN Corp Account : 200805349C

– Mode of Payment for self –collection: 1) Cash Only (paynow available at selected outlets)

FOOD CONSUMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:

– All orders are to be consumed or kept within 2 hours upon delivery/ purchase (self- collected). Any food consumed after 2 hours are at customer’s own discretion. We will provide some tips on how to prolong the shelf life of ingredients provided over the phone (81894699- hotline).

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

– Please whatsapp our hotline (81894699) 48 hours prior to your event. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation and modification is subject to case by case basis.

– Cancellation of orders 2 days in advance, customers are entitled to full refund payment should payment been made in advance via internet banking.

– Cancellation of order after order has been dispatched are strictly not allowed.
